[FOSDEM] Have Main Track Speakers been notified?

Organizers:

According to [0] the acceptance of main tracks was on 23 Oct.

I'm wondering if, indeed, that was completed... And, if so, if even
speakers that were not accepted were also notified?

I think everyone is impatient to make travel plans!
