That also apply to the end and the side of the rooms where there is often still room for more people where talks have more people than expected

Maybe you can be a little more loud and ask people to move?. And by you, i mean the guy close to where the extra free space is. The ones at the door barely can ask anybody else to budge.

So maybe a friendly reminder to people giving the talks to stop the talk for 3 minutes at the beginning and  encourage people to move as well?

since fosdem is getting more and more visitors, the Rooms are getting crowded. So far so good.
But why do people still use the first seat in the row and not move in for the other people who might come next? That cant be that hard?!

Could this problem be mentioned in one sentence in the first Keynote/Opening? Just move into the middle of the rows and it makes everybody's life a little easier ;)
