Billing is determined by the country of delivery. If you are in the UK, use row.treasure.fosdem.org and you'll be billed by a UK company. We are trying our best to avoid post-Brexit customs handling fees but, like everyone at the moment, we can't be completely sure what will happen.. Alasdair
