Last weeks before the end of the CFP

Hi everyone,

We are currently at mid-november and a couple of weeks are left before the
end of the call for participation for the collab' devroom. Currently, we
have 5 participations registered (with 2 from XWiki). Maybe we could push a
bit for the communication around the devroom for the coming weeks and try
to bring more people in ?

Note that last year, we had kind of the same issue, so no need to be very
afraid, we still finished with 10 proposals.
