[distro-devroom] Seeking Participation As Volunteer

I reach out to you to express my interest in participating as a volunteer
in the FOSDEM 2025's edition of Distribution Devroom. I have participated
twice before during FOSDEM 2023 and FOSDEM 2024 as a volunteer for the
Distributions Devroom, and I look forward to being of service this time
