[FOSDEM] Applying for FOSDEM 2007 - dates ?

Hi there,
I was wondering when the call for participation for FOSDEM 2007 would go 
out ?
I am particularly keen to do a presentation this time, since for the 
last two events I missed the deadline for applying to do a presentation. 
However it's already November and I still don't see anything on the site.
