[FOSDEM] Going to FOSDEM without bus/tram/metro

Why not mention that people that come to Brussels by train can also take
the train from 1 of the 3 main Brussels train stations to Ottignies &
Louvain-la-Neuve and step off at the Etterbeek train station.  From
there it's only a 15 min walk to the FOSDEM location.  And as Etterbeek
is still inside the Brussels region, this is already included in your
train ticket...  :-)
