PGP KSP keysubmission is open (was: Re: [FOSDEM] keysigning party)

Do you know if the PGP/GPG and the CACERT keysigning parties will take place
at different time ?
Is so this will allow people to participate to both events.

Unfortunately during FOSDEM 2008 this was impossible : indeed both shared
same room same time but due to the huge audience for the PGP/GPG this
session moved outside (enjoying Brussels temperatures in February ;-) )
