I am perfectly happy with asking FOSDEM people not to smoke.  I can't however
enforce anything (nor do I want to) and I definitely don't have any kind of
control over the non-FOSDEM people (the seven or eight of them that will still
fit) in the bar.

It's easier all round to just accept whatever the bar's default policy on
smoking is.

No, I don't like it either.  I don't smoke tobacco.  There are a million
things on my FOSDEM TODO list, I don't have time to fight windmills.  If
someone would like to try to enforce a non-smoking policy at the beer event, I
won't stop them.  I won't have time to help them either though.
