[FOSDEM] LPI and BSDA exams: final schedule + change of rooms

The final schedule has been published on our website (see link above).

Note that, as opposed to the initial announcement, the exams won't take
place in the room "Lameere". Instead, it will be in "Decroly" (for BSDA)
and "Guillissen" (for LPI), which are in the same U building as Lameere
and the second main conference room ("Chavanne") -- of course,
signalisation will be provided to guide you there.
