[FOSDEM] Parking possible?

I found this in the FOSDEM 2007 archives with a statement for a 2006  
parking lot.

How about car parking this year 2008?
Where is the exact location? Maybe a driving plan superimposed to  
Google Maps?
Any special procedure (gate + gatekeeper + registration)?
