But it's still a "Beer-Event" an keysigning has nothing to do with it.
Crowded, noisy rooms, maybe bad light, NO!

As mentioned earlier, stay on sunday afternoon with future KSPs and have
a sufficiently large corridor for approx. 2 hours available, thats it!
