[FOSDEM] CFP extended to 17 December! Free Java @ FOSDEM 2011

We already have some awesome proposals... but we want MORE!

So we're giving you a little more time to get those
talk proposals in.  They can be lightning (5 min),
short (25 min) or long (50 min).
