[FOSDEM] CouchSurfing group

It looks like the FOSDEM group on couchsurfing.org is starting to wake up
again, particularly in terms of people looking for couches.  If you live near
FOSDEM and happen to have a couch available during the event, you may want to
offer it on couchsurfing.org.
