[FOSDEM] program preview, xml/xcal/ical exports

FOSDEM is nearing and everybody is getting pretty excited.

For a preview of all the wonderful talks that will be happening at 
FOSDEM, see http://fosdem.org/2011/preview-program
Note that timings and details can still change; especially for devrooms 
and lightning talks.

The XML, xcal and ical exports are available again too. It should be the 
same format as last year (using the latest pentabarf v0.4.4 this time).

A full schedule will be published on the website in the coming days.
