[FOSDEM] Dates for FOSDEM 2013: 2 & 3 February

Hi Philip,

Thanks a lot for that! How do we apply for a track? And how do we sponsor?
The Wikimedia foundation would like to get involved in either or both these
ways and I'm leading the project.

I had a look at the site for sponsoring and I only saw the list of the
current sponsors.
