[FOSDEM] Last minute call for speakers SFK12

HI there,
this is not about FOSMDEM, but should be interesting to people. We are
organizing the fourth edition of SFK, the yearly free software
conference in kosovo.
some speakers had to cancel and we are looking for people to speak on
the last minute.
