We've had keysigning parties in the snow before.  And in the pouring rain.
That's just how it is.  There is no space indoors, let alone in Ferrer to
do the keysigning.  It doesn't work.  We moved outside because it doesn't
work.  If my memory serves me right, the year we started doing it outside
was not exactly the nicest weather either.

Just dress appropriately.
