Have you considered that there might be (valid) reasons for material not being
online? Eg there might have been talks where no (conventional) slides were
used. Or talks where the creator of the slides used some material which is
under "fair use" though can't easily be published on some "external site"?
Other speakers might still need some time to review some material before
having it added (I know such case regarding audio recordings from the games
devroom).
Short version: The reason for material not being online is not always that the
system for providing the material isn't "good enough"!
