[FOSDEM] feedback: beer event

For me (and probably for many others) such a big beer event with so many
people and so little space is beyond something I could attend. Not sure
whether anything can be done about that.

Thanks for moving the main building to K, that was a great idea. Maybe
it would be nice if the paper program was closer to the real one.
