[FOSDEM] Keysigning: venue

I've been getting many questions about the keysigning venue again. :)

Unless it's warm and sunny, we will be where we were last year: in the
corridor on the second level of the U building.  Time: Sunday at 14:00
as usual.  I will put this on the schedule shortly.

I will prepare signs to point people in the right direction.

Note that there is still time to submit your keys.  There are only 90
keys submitted so far.  There were a lot more in previous years!
