[FOSDEM] News item for the new Open Media devroom

Hello,

This devroom is new and co-organised by EBU and FOMS. From EBU side, the objective is to gather open developments related to broadcast media (radio, TV) such as audio/video encoding and processing, playout, production, media exchange&delivery, transmission. There's a growing interest and uses of Free Open Source software in the broadcast community and we regularly organise events.

So if you see talks that would fit to this devroom, please don't hesitate to make suggestions or to forward the information about this new devroom.
The deadline for the call for presentation is on 1st December.
