It is not directed at Belgians although I apologize if you feel that
way, almost all European countries played their part in their own way,
some still do but more discretely, and all the EU countries are now
doing this nasty fingerprinting at the border.  My own country allowed
the UK to come and nuke members of the indigenous population at Maralinga.
