[FOSDEM] three cars in a slot

Hi,

Slot is probably not the right word for it.

The parking between Janson and building K
has slots that are designed for three cars.

Please make it possible to have 3 cars in each such slots.

Don't be attempted to reduce the parking capacity with 33%
