[FOSDEM] It's time for a Code of Conduct

What I find interesting with these debates is that there is rarely if
ever a mention of disabled people[1]. "Including children, over a
billion people (or about 15% of the world’s population) were estimated
to be living with disability"[1]. These people are been passively
discriminated against by the projects we are involved with. You can
find a list of open issues here[2], and still more remain unreported.

So whatever you decide to do, can I ask everyone attending FOSDEM to
commit to adding the following to their project DNA:
- We will make our project accessible by default.
- We will give accessibility bugs the same priority as security bugs.
