[FOSDEM] Hotel based on location near of event ?

If you're not looking for dead cheap, you can stay in the Scandic Grand Place, be near 
a) the beer event
b) pretty scenery
c) some nice restaurants

and then get the bus from Wolvengracht in the morning which is literally just round the corner. Takes about 40 mins, walk from the stop to ULB (about 5 mins), profit!

Grand Place is not walking distance.  But you can get the 93 or 94
tram by walking around the corner.  The tram stops at the University.
A lot of people use the tram...

In Grand Place you can find all kinds of things.  The beer event is not
far away.  Hotel IBIS have some good deals.
