[FOSDEM] Code contributions during FOSDEM weekend

During the weekend, not much work got done. Beer and talk and whatever :)

However the days leading up to it, we had a hackathon for our ZeroMQ
community and did an awful lot of work on many different projects.

There definitely is a FOSDEM effect. I think we should promote the
hackathon/meetup for communities in the days before the weekend. We've
done this 3 years now and it is really effective.

At the least, we could try to bring together people who have suitable
locations in Brussels with people who need them.

Anyhow, the organization was perfect, the only complaint I have is
that I could not get a t-shirt to commemorate the devroom. :/

Cheers
Pieter
