[FOSDEM] thanks to the FOSDEM team

Another ditto from the Perl-devroom and the Perl-booth.  Personally, 
I have no complaints, this was our smoothest FOSDEM ever (also thanks 
to our own Perl-volunteers who helped up set up, clear, and clean 
everything).  Thanks for an excellent FOSDEM.
