[FOSDEM] Lightning talks schedule and registration

Hi,

I see there's only one lightning talk scheduled so far on the website.

Is this schedule up to date and can proposals still be sent?

If so, how should one proceed? (there doesn't seem to be a registration 
process on the website)

Same question for the tables in the hallway... what's the process to 
register? (if there's an open process).
