[FOSDEM] Problems with Penta

I'm not able to access Penta anymore, I tried to reset the password
but it keeps giving me errors and the website seems very very slow.

Is this a known problem or perhaps can somebody help me resetting my
credentials?

I need to cancel a presentation and add a replacement, so it's quite
urgent that I get access back to it...
