Realize there's no way *a priori* for DevRoom proposers to know
the scope of what others are proposing nor if those proposals
will be accepted.

I suspect Leslie would agree with me that having more talk proposals on
community related topics that might be apropos for either DevRoom would
be a very good thing. Worst case is if such proposals are accepted by
both DevRooms... Then the speaker chooses one or the other and the
DevRoom which was declined fills the slot with another talk.

So, in short, please submit awesome proposals to BOTH!
