[FOSDEM] Call for volunteers

Hello everyone,

We still need your help to put on the event! We're specifically looking for
heralds to run main track and lighting talks, and for camera operators.
Heralding / moderating a room is quite straightforward if anybody is
worried about it, more info at https://fosdem.org/2018/news/
2018-01-14-call-for-volunteers/ .

1 spare hour is all you need. There will be instructions on what to do and
for most tasks other volunteers to keep you company. You can create an
account and sign up for tasks @ https://volunteers.fosdem.org/tasks/ .
