[FOSDEM] groups missing a booth because of ^wreasons

In the past, I know some groups were kinda adopted by the Debian booth.  I'm
sure other booth holders are happy to adopt you if they like you and your
cause.  You could drop pamflets/stickers at other groups tables and hang
around if your booth request was not accepted by fosdem orga.
