[FOSDEM] Self Driving Car Challenge

In the week prior to FOSDEM, we open up our office for Debian developer
meetings and the Fosdem video team (there's room to sleep too, if someone
needs a place).

We also organise during that week, a free self driving car challenge 30th
and 31st of Januari (wednesday and thursday).
