[FOSDEM] OK to Do additional signage at FOSDEM?

Please reply back to the list. The Community DevRoom has put these
entry/exit signs on the doors in years past and didn't know it would
be an issue. We also have folks on the doors so when talks start / end
so we can skip the signs if it is needed.
