[FOSDEM] Fosdem, free software, open educational resources, education, schools and universities

Hi!

Very good idea! I would be interested in presenting what we're doing at
OfiLibre [1] in my University, to promote free software and (mainly)
free knowledge and open access. Let me know if you think that fits. I'm
CCing PAtxi, who is working with me in OfiLibre.
