[FOSDEM] Mobile schedule apps: Kongress

Hello everyone,

the schedule of FOSDEM 2021 is also available in Kongress [1]. Kongress
is a conference companion application created by the KDE community. It
has been created for mobile phones running Linux, but it also works on
Linux desktop and Android. More details can be found here [2].
