[FOSDEM] Sojourner conference companion webapp

Hey Everyone!

I am happy to announce that Sojourner conference companion progressive
web app has been updated to FOSDEM'2021 online edition.

You can access it at the usual address: https://fosdem.sojourner.rocks

Apart from browsing the latest schedule, searching & bookmarking talks
and sharing bookmarks between devices, this year's improvements include:
- Watching video stream directly in the app, with possibility to
navigate the programme at the same time
- Links to Matrix chat rooms associated with each track
- Live page showing what's currently happening
- Simple navigation between talks within the same track
- Removed unnecessary notifications

There's a lot of happening on FOSDEM weekend, and now is the perfect
time to read the programme and bookmark your favourite talks!
