I did not really think about if it could be feasible, just an idea: 
maybe hotels could help. Assuming most of participants will reside in a 
hotel and the price for one night is between 80 - 130 euros, hotels 
could support in

a) sponsoring: 2,70 euro from 80 to 130 is not much (maybe there are 
participants willing to pay 2,70 euro additional to the hotel price, I 
would be willing if it helps)

b) testing: maybe spit tests could be effected directly at hotels every 
morning

Just an idea.
