[FOSDEM] Academic Freedom vs CoC at FOSDEM

Hardly anyone responded to this. Yet the emails continue. Could this please
stop? Belgium isn't the White House, nor Australia. At the moment it feels
like some emails are being sent to attract attention. The relevance to
FOSDEM is really thin.
