This was not about FOSDEM, it was about the CoC phenomena.  It is in the
subject line.

FOSDEM does not pre-screen or endorse the talks.  It is a very large
event so it is inevitable there will be things that push boundaries from
time to time.  But if something like this comes up in hindsight it can
potentially be removed.

It doesn't involve any one person so please don't try to make it a
personal question.
