[FOSDEM] Can we not list coordinators in the schedule?

Should be fixed now.  
Speaker and Moderator roles appear if in state 'confirmed' or 'offer' (the default).
(Coordinator also used to appear, but the state defaulted to blank and
rarely got used so was rarely displayed.)
