[FOSDEM] Chat registration not possible?

Hello Fritz,

This issue should now have been resolved. Note that new accounts are
being registered @username:attendees.fosdem.org as opposed to
@username:fosdem.org . Existing users can keep their
@username:fosdem.org for now .
