[FOSDEM] Lightning Lightning Talks

Dear FOSDEM attendees,

This year we have a session containing multiple short (strictly less
than 5 minute) talks, which contain a significant amount more
lightning compared to our usual lightning talk track.

If you've got a last minute subject you'd like to talk about at this
edition, this is your opportunity!

To be considered, you'll need to provide slides as part of your
submission (in .pdf format).
