[FOSDEM] Containers devroom CFP for FOSDEM 2026

Hello,

The containers devroom organizers are looking forward to another
edition of the containers devroom at FOSDEM.

Our CFP is now live here:

We're looking for talks on anything container related, whether it's
kernel work, runtime features, management tooling or applications
running on top of containers.

Talk lengths can range from a 10min demo/lightning talk all the way to
a full 30min session.
