Hi everyone,
We are pleased to announce the Call for Participation for the FOSDEM 2026
“Building Europe’s Public Digital Infrastructure” devroom (the continuation
of last year’s “Government Collaboration” devroom) jointly organized by the
German Centre for Digital Sovereignty (ZenDiS) and the Sovereign Cloud
Stack Project (SCS).
The next edition of FOSDEM will take place on January 31 and February 1 2026,
with the “Building Europe’s Public Digital Infrastructure” devroom currently
scheduled for Saturday, January 31, in the morning.
This is *the* devroom to discuss, showcase and elaborate on projects that
enable collaboration in the context of sovereign solutions for the public
sector, bringing together sovereign workspace initiatives (openDesk,
Mijn Bureau and La Suite Numerique) and sovereign cloud technologies and
standards. Our goal is to foster connections among those committed to
advancing digital sovereignty across Europe (and beyond).
