the scope of what others are proposing nor if those proposals<br>
will be accepted.<br>

I suspect Leslie would agree with me that having more talk proposals on<br>
community related topics that might be apropos for either DevRoom would<br>
be a very good thing. Worst case is if such proposals are accepted by<br>
both DevRooms... Then the speaker chooses one or the other and the<br>
DevRoom which was declined fills the slot with another talk.<br>

So, in short, please submit awesome proposals to BOTH!<br>
