[IAM devroom] FOSDEM 2026 IAM devroom provisional schedule

Hello!

Just finished sending out emails about the accepted and rejected talk
proposals for the FOSDEM 2026 Identity and Access management devroom.
Once those accepted talks confirmed by their speakers, they'll start
appearing in the provisional schedule at
https://fosdem.org/2026/schedule/track/identity-and-access-management/

We've got 26 talk proposals this year which is slightly lower than what
we got for FOSDEM 2025 but still required us to reject a third of
proposals in order to fit into the available time slot.

Hopefully, speakers will also be quick and we'll see the whole schedule
before December 15th. There is no real deadline but it would be great to
finalize the schedule before the holidays.
