Regarding the AWT-Less plugin fork,
reality stepped in (family expansion) and time is short :)

However, it would be great of you like to merge the concept
of 'user provided windowing [toolkit] resources' as demonstrated
in ITW! For sure I can help and assist, but I cannot 'drive' this
task these days (alone).
