Schedule changes

Hi all,

For technical reason and in accordance with the speakers, I changed
slightly the schedule.

The "Fortress" talk has been canceled, while I switched "Building an
open Internet of Things with Java and Eclipse IoT" and "Java restart
with WebFX", and this last one will get a slightly longer slot:

12:30 - 12:55 Building an open Internet of Things with Java and Eclipse IoT
17:00 - 17:55 Java restart with WebFX
